At the early stage of the project, the main challenge was the scale of the lobby and the need to accommodate several public functions within one open space without losing clarity or comfort. The large volume risked feeling either overwhelming or undefined, while guest movement and orientation had to remain intuitive from the moment of entry. Through careful spatial organization, the layout was reshaped to clearly guide visitors toward reception, lounge, and café areas, establishing a natural hierarchy of spaces.

As the concept developed, attention shifted to atmosphere and perception. Ceiling geometry, vertical elements, and architectural lighting were introduced to break down the scale and give the space human proportion without sacrificing openness. A layered lighting strategy combined daylight, ambient, and accent lighting to ensure visual comfort throughout the day. The final design is unified by a calm, warm material palette and refined detailing, creating a welcoming yet contemporary identity. The project was fully developed in Revit as a coordinated BIM model and communicated through high-quality 3ds Max visualizations that accurately represent space, light, and material intent.
